Social Talent is a company in Dublin that trains recruiters on how to find the best candidates to fulfill their job vacancies. They offer a complete learning solution for companies all over the world.
Ergonomics, acoustics and color scheme were key to achieving our client’s requirements, making the space brighter and adding an easy going atmosphere. As part of our design for Social Talent, we fitted out the main workspace with desk screens and ergonomic mesh chairs, coordinated by section through color. The space also required meeting rooms, featuring distinct designs replicated in multiple side-by-side rooms. Some featuring stylish tub chairs, others industrial yet colorful designs. Private phone booths off the main area were also important to offer secluded areas for employees to work in. Fitting these with Mickey Pouffe movement chairs and acoustic wall panels continued the emphasis on ergonomics and privacy. Colorful meeting pods were fitted, allowing for more open meeting space and an alternative to the traditional meeting room. The canteen area features a rustic look with high tables and stools, making the space trendy and elevating it beyond a simple open plan design. The final design achieved a space that is vibrant, modern and places key focus on reducing excess noise.
